Obama skips National Day of Prayer – but five minute video for Ramadan
This is another example of the young president’s inexperience. Really now, who’s running the show in the Executive Branch? Read MoreAre we in a post-Constitutional America?
That title should send a shiver or two down your spine, but this is a good time in American history to consider if some portions of the United States Constitution are being completely ignored. Do some Americans – do you – think parts of the Constitution does not reflect what America wants anymore?

And who do you think won this fight? File this one under “Who you gunna believe me, or your lying ears?’ Shep comes dangerously close to losing it on this one. His frustration is understandable. The White House plays fast and loose with facts on a life changing piece of legislation.
Read MoreYes, health care is a commodity
I’ve been hearing the argument that health care is not a commodity for the past month or so. It’s another way to play on the emotions of the electorate, since it’s kind of obvious that health care is a commodity… but it does not feel right to say it.
Read MoreObama administration to support offshore drilling… in Brazil
President Obama has elected to underwrite the cost of offshore drilling – in Brazil – with funds from the U.S. Treasury. So much for working to create energy independence.
Read MoreBattleground poll results – 59 percent very or somewhat conservative
The Terrance Group and Lake Research Partners recently released the results for the George Washington University Battleground Poll taken in July. The fall 2008 results showed 57 percent considered themselves very conservative or somewhat conservative. July 2009 results show a 2 point jump to 59 percent. We remain a pretty conservative country.
