Today and this weekend, Democrats don’t want to talk about the details of the Senate health care legislation or the House committee reconciliation act. They would rather just stay with lies, it’s easier. “Your federal government will make things better.” Hogwash.
The full text of H.R. 4872 – the Health Care and Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010 – has been released by the U.S. House Committee on Rules. This bill amends the Senate version H.R. 3590 and plans for a vote this weekend are still in place.

Some Democrats claim health care legislation will be passed by the end of this week, some insist there are not enough votes. Either way, this week will be another make-it or break-it week for Democrats. We must succeed in stopping this terrible legislation.
Forget the AMA, most Doctors either don’t belong or don’t buy into it’s political agenda. Health care is not a right. There, I said it. Our friend Prof. Walter Williams deserves the credit for pushing me to be blunt today, or maybe it’s just the nice San Antonio weather. Either way, a “right” can not be defined as one that diminishes the rights of another.
