Send em to “fine print class” but no mortgage money – Update: Poll

Update: Take the CNBC poll too … will you join the Chicago Tea Party?

The outrage over the Obama Housing Rescue Plan is starting to boil over … more. CNBC’s Rick Santelli garnered national attention this morning on the floor of the Chicago Merc over Obama’s plan to rescue predominately people who either bought too much house or used the house like a credit card … we have two videos.

The first is the morning rant …

the second is his response to the rant this evening on Hardball. Trust me, he’s still very passionate and he’s right when he says he speaks for a lot of hard working, bill paying people.

To see the whole morning rant go to CNBC here.

My only quarrel with this is … everyone should get something. Not a bad idea, but a better no one gets government money. Let the housing market work it out. People won’t buy over their heads again and we won’t get in this mess again.

What is happening in the two videos is a reflection of a growing anger that is out there that just found its voice on this who housing crisis bailout package.

I'm going to the "Chicago Tea Party 'cause I'm madder than hell.  My wife and I have played by the rules, raised a family, paid our taxes, handled our household budget responsibly, educated our children, all while saving for retirement.  All without a handout (and in spite of) the government.  Now retired, we're on a fixed income, our 401k is in the tank, and this bozo run government is asking me to pay for other's irresponsibility!  They behave badly, and they get rewarded, while I pay the bill!  That's craziness and I've had enough.

It's a 1000 miles to Chicago….I'll walk if I have to in hopes of saving this country from the Socialists that have conned and lied their way into power.

There is hope for America.  That is not shocking.  What is shocking is the "Tea Party" started with Rick Santelli, in of all places "CHICAGO"

Every bad thing I have said recently about corrupt Chicago & Illinois politics, I won't take back.  In the workers trenches, the America I know and love, there are no COWARDS.

I will drive to Chicago.  I have room for 6.  Who wants to join me?

cnbc has a poll asking if we would join the “Chicago Tea Party” revolt:? so far, over 90% have said “YES!” (we can!).

Growing anger from a growing realization of what is in the Obamalooza bill.  If the media were doing their job, this realization would have occurred BEFORE the bill was signed.

The 5 stages to Grief:  1. Denial & isolation.  2. Anger.  3. Bargaining.  4. Depression.  5. Acceptance.  When we really open our eyes, we didn't keep DC honest and both parties broke trust with us (Patriot Act, Wall St.,Porkapalooza).  If we don't compromise the Republic or the Constitution, and understand that there will be pain, we can accept the fact: We must fix this, DC can't & won't.  Then, together, we can peacefully set things right.
