Netanyahu:The perfect comeback to pro-Hamas heckler

So many great parts of PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech yesterday … but this is one of the best.

Toward the beginning of his speech to a joint meeting of Congress a pro Hamas heckler tried to disrupt Netanyahu’s speech. Insyead it gave the Israeli PM the perfect opportunity to highlight the difference between Israel, the US and the tyranny in the middle east. H/T to Gateway Pundit.

Perfect speech.? A++.??.? Put recent and more ancient history in true perspective.? Especially loved the way he “complimented” and took to a higher level the few positive comments made by Obama, with a great rebuttal to the 1967 borders comment.? Inspiring and real.

When you have a nuclear arsenal (that nobody is willing to mention), you can rattle sabers almost at will.

With a “nuclear arsenal (that nobody is willing to mention)”, you can actually exist when surrounded by totalitarian enemies.
    ?
I similarly notice that nobody is mentioning Iran’s developing arsenal, or sabre rattling, very much either.? And doing even less.
    ?
It is nice to see what a real leader sounds like.

I heard the speech and got a thrill up one leg and down the other- now that’s an undocumented alien I’d vote for!? But then I went to 90.5 WNPR; they mentioned the speech but played absolutely nothing except the screams of the heckler!
Oh, and is it true that Obama has some sort of wing dedicated to going after detractors who say things about Obama which the Messiah deems untrue or blasphemous?

Yes: it is called the mainstream media.

Beyond the Ministry of Propaganda, I mean media, Obama has created the: Progressive Media & Online Response. There are many stories, found this link and love the comments:? http://www.mediabistro.com/fishbowlny/white-house-dedicates-new-position-to-deal-with-unfavorable-online-media_b36292

“This is real democracy.”? But for how much longer?? The so-called democracy movement in the middle-east is all but snuffed by the Muslim Brotherhood(Muslim extremists). We have an administration now that has only contempt for the constitution. The rule of law has been seriously diminished by activist judges, and more are on the way. Maybe Israel will be the only free nation when Christ returns.

Can we get this guy to run for President here in the States? This man is a true leader, something that we don’t now have in this country. Kind of reminds me of the Reagan days, and what a great President he was!

Bibi is firmly in touch with reality & the planes are already targeted for Iran.

Unbelievably inspiring.? I haven’t heard a speech like this since I was a child listening to the likes of Reagan & Thatcher.? It was because of the leadership in the 80s that I found myself drawn into current events/politics.? Perhaps we need a Netanyahu here in the U.S. to inspire the young voters in this country to really pay attention to what is happening around them.

Winnie, Articulate and wonderful post as always.

  12. sammy22 on May 26, 2011 at 11:27 am

Hey Eric, don’t we have already enough people running for President? Sounds like we can’t have grow one here.? And we need someone from another country to inspire young voters? Can’t we find a Republican? What happened to Christy of NJ and Ms. Palin?

  13. gillie28 on May 26, 2011 at 1:01 pm

Bibi used to have dual citizenship (not sure if he still doesn)…so, at least we?might be able to?send him to the Senate, or he could be our Sec of State.

  14. Lynn on May 27, 2011 at 8:34 am

Well we sure as heck can’t find one in the Democrat ranks.

  15. sammy22 on May 27, 2011 at 11:38 am

Great comeback, Lynn. But still no Republican being offered as a great inspiration (except, naturally Pres. Reagan who is now dead).

  16. Lynn on May 28, 2011 at 8:32 am

    Sarcasm becomes you

  17. sammy22 on May 28, 2011 at 12:05 pm

Sarcasm, Lynn? Pls read your reply above. But why wander about the world to find inspiring leaders? Does it not make sense to look for them in our own country? I would prefer that, no matter what his/her party affiliation is.
