Minority Tea Party members spank the main stream media

And about time. It is a magnificent example that all Tea Party members should take note of. Minority members of the Tea Party hold a press conference to explain that the Tea Party attracts people because of ideology not race … much to the dismay of the press.

The press conference took place last week at the National Press club to explain to the media why minorities are members and it is great. A great lesson in personal freedom and in the mind set of the media. Hat Tip to Jim Hoft. Make sure you watch the segment at the 10 minute mark.

The take home messages from this group:

    1) It's the policies, not the race, stupid!  Øbama's policies would be just as bad if he were all white, or all Asian, or all whatever.

    2) How can you be a minority in the melting pot of America?  "Minority" is a self designation, deleterious to the U.S., designed to pit groups against one another.

    3) Calling the Tea Party members racist is a specious argument, made by people that want to use the issue to denigrate the Tea Party members.  Since the "teabagger" attack failed, they had to descend to race.

Minorities need to be shown the libs are using the minorities for votes, keeping them oppressed, keeping them under educated just so they can keep them below the poverty line so the government will look like a good guy; therefore they will continue to vote democratic. This is racism. The racist is libs, the racist is Obama for expanding the oppression just for his own agenda. The minorities are being take advantage of in order for Obama to take over.

We need to wake up the minorities and show it all for what it is. The Tea Partiers need stop defending themselves, it is taking energy away from what it important. The libs know this, it is a common strategy used for centuries in battle —- keep the other side busy, scrabbling around, so you can prepare for battle ——- remember this the next time you are called a racist. Throw it back at them and keep marching forward.

Who's the racist cow who kept harassing these fine people?

I enjoyed how they took the extra minute to invoke the Omar Thornton shooting and show it for what it really was, a man who wasn't happy he wasn't getting the kind of money he thought he would while only working for 2 years. His family played the race card and "spat" all over the victim's families. I enjoyed this video for people who actually know what they're talking about.

Isn't the Tea Party Express the 1 led by Williams of "monkey God" and "Lincoln Letter" fame? Damage control here??

I don't know how anyone can watch that video and not feel pride. This is America, diverse and strong! How dare the media divide people by race and then call the Tea Party racists. Do they not see the rediculous position that they are taking? Please, please, America has never been in a weaker position and it is not from enemies abroad. It is from our own selfish and greedy citizens from within, especially the elite Congress. Rome fell for the same reasons, can't we read history and try to stop this freefall!

Jim, it is REFRESHING to see conservatives voices in the African-American community. I have been to a couple of tea party rallies and have seen people from ALL different backrounds.

IT IS NOW TIME to RETIRE the old, tired "race card" that has been brought back in for the reason to do nothing but divide and conquer. Good grief, it is 2010, not the 1950's, the 21st century, not the 20th!

Alfonzo Rachel is one of my present day heroes.  He is a smart man because he puts his thoughts and opinions into such easy language it becomes eloquent.  He gets it.

Oh, and by the way, my lefty friends, he is an African American.  Am I still a racist?

Jim, any blog post that has "spank" in it is begging to be commented on.

This video was AMAZING and I'm so glad that you played the audio on-air Monday morning.  The message is so simple if the media will just listen and stop trying to twist the charge of racism to suit their demented needs.

I had a cocktail with an old h.s. friend and her mom yesterday and we started talking politics…they live out in the mid west and it looks like you're going to be getting a new listener!  I emailed her the link to this because she is also a member of the Tea Party and is sick to death of the charges of racism (yeah, she's one of those violent, racist Tea Party grandmothers…).
