SEATTLE (AP) – A distasteful comment about Chelsea Clinton by an MSNBC anchor Thursday could imperil Hillary Rodham Clinton’s participation in future presidential debates on the network, a Clinton spokesman said.

In a conference call with reporters, Clinton communications director Howard Wolfson Friday excoriated MSNBC’s David Shuster for suggesting the Clinton campaign had “pimped out” 27-year old Chelsea by having her place phone calls to Democratic Party superdelegates on her mother’s behalf. Wolfson called the comment “beneath contempt” and disgusting.

“I, at this point, can’t envision a scenario where we would continue to engage in debates on that network,” he added.

Since MSNBC gets no ratings anyway, it’s a safe bet that the Clinton campaign figures they can talk tough here. Let’s see if they can envision a scenario where they would exclude NBC too shall we? Doubt it.

No Health Insurance? Hillary to Penalize

Nice. What’s next for the DNC and liberals? They want to force people to have health insurance. Can someone tell me what section of the U.S. Constitution gives the federal government the job of forcing us to buy health insurance?

In Health Debate, Clinton Remains Vague on Penalties

Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton inched closer Sunday to explaining how she would enforce her proposal that everyone have health insurance, but declined to specify — as she has throughout the campaign — how she would penalize those who refuse.

Mrs. Clinton, who did not answer Senator Barack Obama’s question on the topic in a debate last Thursday, was pressed repeatedly to do so Sunday by George Stephanopoulos on the ABC program “This Week.” When Mr. Stephanopoulos asked a third time whether she would garnish people’s wages, Mrs. Clinton responded, “George, we will have an enforcement mechanism, whether it’s that or it’s some other mechanism through the tax system or automatic enrollments.”

What’s next? Are they going to penalize me for the Pepsi that I just got out of the vending machine simply because I did not want diet?

I guaranty you that if this plan sees the light of day, somehow it will not be fair for the poor Americans to be forced to buy health insurance. Therefore, if you’re in the bottom 20 percent of wage earners, you’ll be exempt from the mandate, but still get all the benefits. More entitlements. Yeah!

Can someone give me one example where the federal government forces you to by a product or service? The only one that I can think of is flood insurance – if you live in a flood plain.

Clinton Campaign Brings Back the Old Guard

Doesn’t anyone see how obvious this is? So much for the “change” demanded in Washington by the Democrat party.

Back to the Future: Carville & Begala to join Clinton campaign

by Major Garrett MANCHESTER, N.H.
It’s back to the future at Hillary Clinton’s campaign as some of the top advisers to former President Clinton are set to join to Hillary’s faltering campaign as early as tomorrow.
Senior Clinton sources tell Fox that Hillary intends to bring in as top day-to-day advisers James Carville and Paul Begala.

Right. They are bringing back the relics of the Clinton One administration. It’s not about electing Mrs. Bill Clinton, it’s about somehow promoting the fact that Bill will be back in the White House, but he really won’t be doing anything – wink, wink.

Why don’t we take a look at the names of the people – on a national level and state level – who are working on the Mrs. Bill Clinton campaign and compare that list to the people who ran the Clinton One administration? Minus, of course, the ones that are dead or in prison.
