Why national health care won’t work

The liberal Democrats are trying to cram national health care down our throats before even they know the details. The president has said he wants it all done before the July recess … just the way he wanted the stimulus and his over bloated budget pushed through without review too. He knows if we see what’s in it and the consequences … the American people will say no. The push is on.

Tomorrow we will once again have columnist Sally Pipes on as a guest to address this issue. Few know the subject as well and unlike many others … she offers an alternative to rising costs.20070126_bio_sally

I only hope that the people speak up to their representatives to let them know we do not want national health care.

It will be a nightmare. I don't know how many people realize it? The word needs to get out before Obama slips it past everyone as he has done with everythig else.

This man is taking away our freedom to enjoy quality health care. The greatest health care system in the world exists in this country and it will be destroyed with his agenda.

We will all suffer if the government controls health care.

Speak up people before it is to late.

A simple look at Canada, Great Britain and Sweden is all you need.

Too bad we have an Obama besotted media that won't tell us any of the pertinent facts of the failure of national health care everywhere it has been tried.  If Obama destroys the finest medical care in the world, there will be no getting it back.

Jamming this through on some contrived "need for speed" will simply result in Americans that don't know what is in the proposal, and "legislators" that won't bother to read it before voting it in.  If our so called representatives do not debate and spend significant amounts of time and effort on (another) something that will grossly affect the entire country (for the worst), then they need to meet an angry mob with tar and feathers.
