When gun-grabbing politicians get arrested for gun trafficking
Gotta just love the hypocrisy. This state legislator from San Francisco is tied in with a felon gang member Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow, who continued his gang activity behind a “legitimate” facade after getting out of prison. My bet is low-lifes like State Senator Leland Yee (D-San Francisco) taught felons like Shrimp Boy how to look legit, and probably pocketed a lot of cash in the process.
Back to the headline … part of Yee’s inditement and arrest involved firearms trafficking.
State Sen. Leland Yee was arraigned on seven charges of corruption and firearms trafficking Wednesday, swept up in a broad FBI sting involving more than two dozen people across the Bay Area suspected of selling drugs, smuggling guns and arranging murder for hire.
Yee was one of 26 people charged Wednesday in the operation, many of whom wore headsets to translate the San Francisco federal court proceedings into Cantonese. None of them entered pleas.
Yee, a Democrat from San Francisco, faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.
So, what kind of anti-gun laws has Yee introduced in the California State Senate?
Yee had been hailed as one of California strongest voices for gun control and transparency in government. In the past year, he has introduced legislation banning 3D printed weapons and detachable magazine conversion kits, aiming to tighten some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation.
Last year, Yee received a death threat over his gun control efforts. Yee said at the time tht [sic] the threat did not deter him, “only further demonstrated the need to address this particular problem.”
People need firearms to protect themselves from elite California Democrat politicians like Yee.
A 137-page criminal complaint charges 26 people — including Yee and Chow — with a panoply of crimes, including firearms trafficking, money laundering, murder-for-hire, drug distribution, trafficking in contraband cigarettes, and honest services fraud.

Getting it out of the way early…wait until September or October when the goods being about Republicans and Independents held gets released to be run and printed in the news ad nauseum.? It’s all in the timing.. and this way they can refer to this as evidence on how non partisan and not politically motivated the justice system is.
Or, it is the leftist Obama regime getting rid of dirty, problem democrats prior to going after bad Republicans just before the elections. Any disgraced democrats will be long forgotten by voters in November while, just before the elections . . .
It’s going to be a long summer at the inJustice Department with a flurry of (Republican) arrests around August and September.

I have tried to figure out why this story sickens me more than the average criminal politician. I have become immune to outright thievery, that is commonplace. I guess the answer is in your first sentence, hypocrisy. I would just love to know about the people who live in his district. Were they surprised by his action? Are they mostly wealthy, middle class, poor? ?Are they educated or ignorant? What is the ethnic make up of the district (ok, I won’t get that info, it’s not PC)? How did this disgusting contemptible politician get elected? After all, ultimately, the voters are responsible for their choice. Finally can you imagine who lost to this creep?
Ok, reread, lots of Cantonese, but were their any other minority groups? I don’t suppose I’ll get any more answers to these questions than I will get about Flight 370, too bad.
