To our veterans

We published this  2 years ago.  Our feelings are the same today as they were then.

Thank you for your service … and to the families of veterans, today we honor and thank you too.

You show a picture of my wall, never forget most of us were draftees. It’s not the same today.

An active draft would likely mean more people would actually be paying attention.? Draft their sons (and daughters) into service and you draft the parents scrutiny into why the next generation is being put into harm’s way.? There are reasons that we’re likely never to see an overt military draft.

Thank you. I am very glad that I served my country and my neighbors. I would do it again.

Thank you to all the veterans for their service and sacrifice. Without our military and the contributions of so many people, none of this would be possible.

It is time that “we the people” make sure our leaders respect and honor all our veterans and those in the military, who are still in service. I will definitely do my part, thanks to all.
