That’s how I read this. Russia President Medvedev is disturbed at how well the United States missile defense network is working, so Medvedev is now threatening to point Russia’s offensive missiles at NATO’s defensive missile sites in Europe.

I’m pretty certain terrorists, Chinese and the Russians will determine this is a threat, but this is a purely self defense measure. Who can deny creating missile shields and having the ability to shoot down ICBMs is a bad thing?
