I submit to you that we don’t need a brobdingnagian, pork filled Øbamacare bill to get people to pony up for health insurance; we simply need to “turn on” the self interest and commonsense of the uninsured, you know, the American Way.

This morning the Supreme Court heard the beginning of the third and final day of argument concerning Obamacare.  That argument was devoted to the issue of severability…that is , if the individual mandate is found to be unconstitutional, does the rest of the law fall, or only some, or none of the rest of the law…

Some thoughts for Tuesday’s Supreme Court argument

Tomorrow the Supreme Court will hear arguments on that portion of Obamacare that requires citizens to purchase government mandated insurance from a private company, or pay a penalty.
