Really, isn’t a company, corporation, church, advocacy group or union just a group of people? Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) and Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) don’t think so, and they do not think the ACLU, Sierra Club, NRA or the media – all corporations – deserve First Amendment protection. The senators want to exclude corporations like the TEA Party Patriots from First Amendment rights.

Oh no you don’t lady. Don’t you dare suggest the GOP and a future president-elect Mit Romney would somehow take your birth control away. I refuse to accept the premise, and we should not allow lefties the ability to re-cast the arguement. This is about the First Amendment, not your access to contraception.
Today, 43 separate Catholic institutions filed suit against the federal government challenging it’s mandate that all such institutions must provide health insurance that covers abortion inducing drugs, sterilization and contraceptives. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) thinks it’s a bad idea for the GOP candidates to bring up the contraception controversy, but don’t accept the premise, because the issue is not about women’s health or contraception.
Or do they just hate women too? That’s your entire premise in all of your arguments … the GOP hates women. So, does Mona Charen and all of the other women who have stepped up to speak about this First Amendment issue brainwashed?
I realize some people continue to take stabs at Sandra Fluke personally and it is their right to do so, but let’s stick with the testimony she gave. Fluke mentioned prescriptions used for contraception can and are used for other reasons. Jim Vicevich mentioned this many times on his show this week.
