Pelosi ready for the final push. Call now! Plus advice from Reagan UPDATE: Quick E-Mail connect now

Make sure you check out the update below for a quick link to contacting your Representative. This is it folks. The final, really final, really really final push to pass Obamacare and we need your help or you will doom your children and grandchildren to government controlled health care.

A closed-door meeting in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office Wednesday evening moved congressional leaders and administration officials close to agreement on such issues as additional subsidies to help lower-income families purchase health insurance and more aid for states under the Medicaid program for low-income Americans.

Democrats still need to see a final cost estimate from the Congressional Budget Office — and want to ensure it stays around $950 billion over 10 years — but they made plans to begin to read the bill to rank-and-file Democrats at a caucus meeting Thursday.

“We’re going to get started,” Pelosi, D-Calif., said after her meeting with White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and other key officials. Some unanswered questions remain, Pelosi said, “but we’re hoping that we’ll get those answered over the course of the reading. It’s not much.”

“I’m very pleased about where we are,” she said.

Call your representative now. Just click here. And if you need a boost, listen once more to President Reagan.

Nice.  Most people don't want it, yet the Dems, in the ultimate expression of hubris and a "let them eat cake" mindset, have decided that they know best, and will ram this through whether we like it our not.

I wonder if they could even pass a test on what is in the bill.  Administered by the sainted SOS of course!

shoudn't be called Obamacare, should be called something like "Pelosi's layaway special"

only we have to pay for it a lot longer than any dept store offers, then maybe people will

see what great things it won't do for them

LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE.     STOP THE HEALTHCARE BILL!    HOW MANY DIFFERENT WAYS DO WE HAVE TO TELL YOU BEFORE YOU GET IT.    THE PUBLIC IS SMARTER THAN YOU GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR,  MOST, PROBABLY SMARTER  THAN YOU PELOSI!  I DO NOT TRUST YOU.
