Obama’s position: My way is the ONLY way to create jobs

President Obama is not at all interested in anyone else’s plan to create jobs. Even when Republicans and conservatives have come up with specific plans and proposed legislation, he ignores those plans, and refuses to acknowledge they even exist.

The GOP has a website with their jobs plan. Obama ignores it.

After Obama released his plan, House Republicans came out with a detailed, alternative. Obama ignores it.

Paul Ryan releases a detailed deficit reduction plan, which really is a jobs plan too. Obama ignores it.

There have been plenty of plans from the GOP/Republican/TEA party/conservatives for the past three years. Obama ignores them all.

Obama called House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) yesterday and claimed he had not seen a jobs plan from Republicans!

According to an unusually detailed account released by the speaker’s office, Boehner “respectfully challenged” the president for saying Thursday that he has not yet seen a jobs plan from Republicans.

“I want to make sure you have all the facts,” Boehner told Obama, the account of the 10-minute call said.

Sounds like Boehner was being respectful, but this is out-of-control. When you outright hand the man in charge a plan and he says to your face that he’s not seen a plan yet, we’ve got to start wondering about our president’s mental capacity.

But in reality, it’s the way he’s playing politics. The herded sheep hear Obama speak, and assume it’s the truth. Someone in my office today actually told me Republicans are just the “party of no” and have offered no ideas or plans themselves.

I took her to the Internet for a harsh lesson. I made her do the work and search for the plans. She found multiple plans released during the past few years and actually tried – for about 12 seconds – to claim they were not really plans.

She folded, but would not admit Obama was a liar.

It comes down to this. The only plan Obama will approve is his own. Back to Politico, with my emphasis in bold.

Josh Earnest, deputy White House press secretary, declined to comment on the details of the conversation.

“The president has been very clear that he is willing to work with Democrats and Republicans to pass measures to create jobs and get our economy moving,” Earnest said in a statement. “As independent economists have said, the American Jobs Act is the only plan that will create jobs and help the economy now.”

Bull feathers.

Holder doesn’t read memos about Fast and Furious and zero doesn’t read job bills.? Are we surprised?

But you can bet that if there is any improvement in the economy, even if only for cyclical reasons, ?bama will claim credit.? And if there is some plot against a Saudi ambassador, Holder will claim he was right on top of it!

?bama’s problem is that he isn’t economically educated enough to know what works and what doesn’t, and he believes his own BS.? You can tell by the way he keeps parroting the same teleprompter message over and over again, but can’t really defend it.

Bingo Dims – What is sad, or perhaps instructive, is that he categorically refuses to learn anything about the real economics of the US. Perhaps his indoctrination is so intense that it allows him to wish away all other options good or bad on the table; or maybe that fabled brain is too full…

Even when his way won’t work, it’s the ONLY way. ?If the guy could put his ego in check there would be a lot more people working right now. ?One of these days he may realize just how worthless his education was. ?I wouldn’t doubt if we all paid for that worthless education too!

Obama is brainwashed by the media into believing he is God & knows what is best for us mere mortals.

Steve, I’m not surprised….. Obama is an arrogant elitist….. he can never admit a mistake… when confronted with the $5,350,000 drop into the ****er on Solyndra, he just shrugged it off…… the?sad fact is that he only wants public sector union or GREEN ?jobs… he could give a rat’s arse on the private sector & real job creation.??

The real issue is a majority of our American population has never considered “government” as anything but legislators who operate in the backdrops of society.? This is especially true these past 16 years with Clinton and Bush.? During that decade and a half there was some substantial growth, nothing negatively major happening that would cause a public to panic and run to the streets.? In my esteem, we presently have a general population who knows little on government responsibilities at the local and federal levels.? ?bama came into play, he’s an orator speaking the “peoples” minds and the public buys his rhetoric.? It’s the classic “divide and conquer” tactic. ? ?bama rallies a badly informed nation to listen to him exclusively.? The message is? “you can’t trust those guys on the Hill…“?? The ill-informed believe him!? The masses of ill-informed Americans.

Similar to the way the uninformed and ignorant masses believed a guy with a funny little mustache 70+ years ago.

Proof again that arrogance is not substitute for intelligence.

I say that since the Republicans have declared their main goal to be the defeat of Pres. Obama, the probability of a “jobs plan” to be passed before 2012 is nearly ZERO. If they really wanted unemployment to be significantly reduced, they would and should be working at it day and night.

All the dem senate has to do is vote on the rather large stack of bills sitting on the table that the house sent over.

    • crystal4 on October 18, 2011 at 5:36 am

2012 election mantra: “Jobs, jobs, jobs!”
Hey Boehner, where are the jobs?

    • Dimsdale on October 19, 2011 at 10:58 am

Shouldn’t that question be currently posed to ?bama, and particularly, to the Democrats who ran the economy into the ditch after 2007?

  12. Anybody but Obama on October 17, 2011 at 4:20 pm

    Sammy where you been?

  13. Anybody but Obama on October 18, 2011 at 6:56 am

Crystal let me help you with tabled bills that will start job creation, If the Senate would bring them up and debate then vote yes or no at least they would be trying. I’m thinking Reid is blocking them because they will pass.?
