Obama Speech Stompers Stomp Again

Want to know what it will be like under an Obama administration? Want to know what will happen to you if you dare to speak ill of the Messiah, the left’s “personal Jesus”. Lord help you. We already gave a hint here, here and here. Now Joe the plumber is discovering what Sarah Palin learned a month ago. To Joe the plumber: This is just the beginning brother, ask Sarah.

Jim Geraghty is outraged, enough for both of us:

This is the way our opponents operate now. Destroy anyone who stands in your way. Humiliate them. Make sure that anyone else who ever wants to skeptically question Barack Obama knows that every last bit of their dirty laundry will be aired for all the world to see. Bristol Palin, Trig Palin, — hey, it’s all fair game. They’ve got to make an example of them. Show them that this sort of dangerous speech won’t be allowed in the New America.

The main stream media have already indentified him as … well you know … one of those backyard PBR swillin, tank top wearing, actually does eat at the kitchen table, kind of guy not capable of understanding … ummm … nuance. Jim Geraghty has the relevant transcript.

Sawyer: “Well if people making $250,000 should not be taxed additionally — by the way, it’s 3% from 36% to 39% under Senator Obama’s plan. If those people should not be taxed additionally, even though they’re in the top 5% of America, what about people who make $1 million? Or $5 million?”

Wurzelbacher: “Well, I mean, quite honestly, why should they be penalized for being successful. I mean, that’s what you’re telling me. That’s what it sounds like you’re saying. That’s wrong. Because you’re successful, you have to pay more than everybody else? We all live in this country. It’s a basic right. And Obama wants to take that basic right and penalize me for it, is what it comes down to. That’s a very socialist view and it’s incredibly wrong. I mean, $250,000 now. What if he decides, well you know $150,000, you’re pretty rich too. Let’s go ahead and lower it again. You know it’s a slippery slope. When’s it going to stop?”

And the little pajama clad storm troopers over at DU (when is Mom going to kick those kids out of the basement anyway?) have decided they would do a little digging of their own … and here’s what they came up with: an $1100 tax lien (figures they would find that offensive) and he owns a house valued at, get this, $122,000. Tee hee, I can hear Diannnne Saaaaawyaaa chortling even as I write.

Sawyer: Your house, it’s worth $122,000?  (titter) Excuse me, sorry … is that the whole house, I mean with a bathroom too?

Joe Wurzelbacher: Umm yes

Oh and forget the attacks from Politico on the unlicensed plumber thing. As Garaghty points out He doesn’t need one in Ohio. What a bunch of squirrels.

Oh, my. It's a good thing Joe the Plumber seems able to take it! Go, Joe!
