Muslim School Paid by Tax Dollars

Katherine Kersten from the StarTribune wrote a piece on the the Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy (TIZA), a K-8 charter school funded by taxpayer dollars. Here’s the link to the current update and there’s links included to the other article with in. You really have to read this to believe it.

A local tv station broke the fact that for the past 5 years this “school” did not fly the American Flag as required by being a charter school. When asked, the principal said it was because he did not know how to use the flag pole. I’m not making this up. Since the confrontation by the local tv station, they have started to fly the American Flag.
