Matthews: Without progressives America would be … Calcutta?

And I wish that was all the spitter did in this one 16 minute segment. But it’s not. It’s just I couldn’t squeeze it all into one headline. Plus bonus video: Matthews and friends connect protesting seniors with the man arrested for threatening to kill Senator Patty Murray. I watch so you don’t have to.

Matthews very upset tonight at what he sees is an America out of control. Why, he wonders are seniors of all people protesting government health care. Why he says, imagine a wold without progressives. It would be positively … third world? Dying in the streets.

Too much. The question of course can’t be answered, but my guess is Americans, under less taxation would likely save for retirement, but that’s just me. Oh, and their families would act more like families, caring for their parents, as its done in … hmmm … European countries, and in Asia and in … oh well.

BONUS VIDEO: And just for good measure,. Matthews and friends liken seniors protesting health care with the man arrested for threatening the life of Senator Patty Murray. If you’re not familiar with the story, the FBI today charged 63 year old Charles Alan Wilson of Washington state with threatening to kill Senator Patty Murray.

The video opens with NBC’s Pete Williams telling Chris, Wilson is not a Republican, nor is he in a Tea Party … and “oh the humanity”, he masqueraded as being in a Tea Party group. Poor Chris, well he has to cut that off. To the rescue, David Corn … it’s the Republicans fault.

They pay this guy millions. I had more listeners in New England than he had viewers. Life, my lefty readers, is not fair … is it. Ha!

Update: Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit talking Matthews today too. (Thanks for the new post and link Jim.)

Chris Matthews is truly warped, deranged, unbalanced, a first class nut job. And so predictable.

Might I add Matthews  is a twisted,  morally depraved fascist. Just wait until this Obama health deform really kicks in and states have to fire teachers, close schools , eliminate bureocrats , and cut benefits to the unemployed all to serivce the rising cost of  healthcare and cover cuts in medicare. Politicians better get used to angry voters. Gated communities will not  be good enough. These politicians deserve to live in underground bunkers. Maybe then they will grow a tail and complete their devolution into freak creatures that are   half  man  half rodent.

I think it shows the disdain he has for conservatives – to compare the poverty in India because of their class system to the USA is disgusting. Mattews thinking is twisted and upside down, but the left has hated American exceptionalism since Woodrow Wilson. If anything has transformed Main St. USA into looking like a getto in Calcutta it's the "progressive leftist agenda". Just look at inner cities since the left destroyed urban American with the welfare state! Conservatives didn't advocate this did they?

One look at the liberal socialist "utopia" in any big city in a blue state will show you what progressives do to the slices of of America they have been controlling since the Depression.  The big socialists in the new Obama regime (I am on board with Rush!) are trying to take these urban poverty (economic, social and moral) islands and infect the rest of the country.

    Thanks, but no thanks.
