Matthews complains, questions Obama’s political strategy (Video)

In this interview, MSNBC talent Chris Matthews critiques the Obama campaign’s strategy as they continue to – supposedly – stay out of the election and keep their collective mouth’s shut providing no plan for their second term.

I don’t know about Matthews, but I already knew Obama didn’t like hanging out with members of Congress or working with them. The current president would much rather be dictator so he didn’t have to deal with the people. That’s really what it comes down to. Congress – especially the House – is made up of the people’s representatives who need to be elected every two years. If they are not doing what the people want in their districts, no more beltway parties for them!

Maybe that’s why Obama ran for the US Senate instead of starting out in the House. A senator only has to interact and earn the votes from their state every six years.

As for not providing a plan, Obama has made it clear as far as I’m concerned, it’s just that Matthews refuses to acknowledge it. His plan is to blame all on the “do nothing” Congress and attempt to cruise to election so he can continue to puff up his own ego and ensure political allies get billions and billions from the national treasury for four more years.

He also wants to ensure the people become more and more brainwashed and dependent minded. If you keep telling people over and over that the federal government should be the group to solve the problems of unemployment, up-side-down mortgages, “insurmountable” student loan debt, dirty water and dangerous food, you’re bound to create more subjects that will blindly vote for statists/progressives/socialists/communists in the future.

Matthews also slipped up in the interview. When he says “he’s heard stories you’d never believe” about what’s happening in the Executive Branch, why is he not doing what any other journalist would do by confirming and reporting on those stories?

My guess this is the first salvo in a media barrage to force Hillary to run 🙂

p.s.? “When he says ?he?s heard stories you?d never believe? about what?s happening in the Executive Branch, why is he not doing what any other journalist would do by confirming and reporting on those stories?”? – Matthews is basically a gossipy busy-body who enjoys the Washington “scene,” and in no way would he be considered to be a journalist by this (admittedly biased because I can’t bear to listen to him – hint) observer!

Chris Matthews interviewing Chris Matthews, and in-depth outlook from Chris Matthews speaking about what Chris Matthews feels is important to Chris.
    ?
That guy should have been a bartender.? …Better yet, a drive-thru window attendant at Dunkin Donuts.? He is, …as gillie28 pointed out, a gossipy type who really wanted to be hosting Entertainment Tonight.? Is silence was bliss Mr. Matthews, you’re ecstatic.
    ?
As bad as the news could be from the Left-Media, Obama will still win in 2012 and 2016.? I have little faith in the country actually going to the polls and voting against the guy.? I see more and more folks turning their animosity away from Obama and pinning it on Congress and the Republicans.? The general public has very little knowledge of how damaging this president has been during his 3 years in office.? He’s playing the game of catch up from behind.
    ?
    Sadly,?

Mathews had a brief Senate run in 2008.? Could he be planning to distance himself from Obama in preparation for another spittle staccato punctuated run in 2012?

Sadly the first sentence says it all, ” MSNBC talent Chris Matthews critiques the Obama campaign strategy”.? Chris is no journalist, therefore no Hardball with the WH. But far worse, all President Obama is capable of doing is campaigning. He is bored by actually being Commander-in- Chief. He is more interested in playing golf, going to Europe or Asia and dissing the US, and most of all talking to his peeps.? We got a Black Rapper dressed up in dulcet tones.?

It only took Matthews 3 years to see what Obama is not doing? Wow he’s smarter than I gave him credit for.
