Juan Williams: Obama has declared war on Supreme Court

Well, in particular, Chief Justice John Roberts. Of course this should not come as a surprise to anyone. He declares war on anyone that dares disagree with him.

So let’s see. Obama controls Congress, two auto companies, college loans, health care and in the process has expanded  executive branch powers and now declares war on John Roberts because why? Because the young President doesn’t have total control? Doesn’t Roberts know Obama is the President

So when the President questioned  the Citizens United decision and publicly called out the court at the State of the Union address, that was not an anomaly. It was a shot across the bow.

You better hope Roberts, Alito, Scalia, and Thomas stay healthy.

What Ms. Kagan is simply is doing is present herself to look much more middle ground then what she has been portrayed to be. In other words, she has presented a good PR plan.

Øbama is a child in a man's body.  He sulks, has tantrums and has the general skill level of a second grader.  Of course, you would be safer trusting a real second grader with the country (one would probably have more economic expertise).

Just looking at the picture on the home page says it better then any words I can put in response.

Wait a minute, Dims! I have a second grader and she is more mature than you are giving her credit for. And she isn't particularly mature for a second grader. I liken Pres. O more to a toddler.

BTW, my second grader is reading the constitution this summer along with her older sisters.

There coming at Kagan by trashing Thurgood Marshall.

    Who's next, Martin Luther King?

Notice how quiet the Republicans have been about the Citizen's United decision, the ruling that gives corporations the power to throw unlimited amounts of money at our elections.

You're an "activist judge" if you rule for the common man rather than a corporation, hmm.

      "Not true."

Didn't SCOTUS rule that money is, in fact, free speech?  Corporations are people too.  Should we limit how much money the rich, like, say, Soros, throws at liberal causes?  What about unions?  How are they different from corporations?  I seem to recall that every conservative group hailed the Citizens United ruling as a victory.  You won't see that if you watch the MSM news though (unless you count FOX, of course).

Equal protection: it's not just for minority groups.  Fair is fair, regardless of the class warfare the lefties generate.

You've got something there: Money Talks. Figure out what constituencies control the most of it and you'll find out whether we have government by and for corporate interests or by and for folks like us. Republican, Democrat doesn't matter in the end. When corporate power has got us defending their right to control government by having unfettered influence on the democratic process, we are in big trouble.
