Hume and Williams mix it up over torture on Fox News Sunday

Hume asks what good can it do to tell the enemy what we do and don’t do. Juan Williams’ response … exactly Britt. No need for a big explanation just watch and enjoy.

Williams never answered the question of "what is the benefit?"  Because he couldn't.

It's like me saying "I'm going to kill you."  Now if my name is Charles Manson, you should be soiling your pants.  If it is me, and I have specifically stipulated that "never, under any circumstances, will I kill you," then you would laugh at me.  And justifiably so.

Obama has created the latter situation for any American interrogator.  Through his supposedly virtuous action, he has completely cost us the benefit of the doubt.  We might as well forget about interrogations, which were hard enough when you have Islamofascists that think martyrdom is rewarded in their twisted version of heaven.

Once again, Democrats have turned America into the paper tiger that Obama bin Laden once called us.  Now we are a toothless paper tiger.

Which is the wost enemy: the one that attacks from without, or the one that guts you from within?

Obama might just as well let the ACLU do the interrogating from now on.  Woe to us.

I love Vaughn Williams, although obviously don't always agree with him.  He's well-intentioned and decent, and greatly respected by me.  but Britt Hume walked rings around him on this issue.  Unfortunately, many people don't understand that you can't destroy evil by kindness and compassion.  It only gives away power to them, in every sense of the word.   Oh well, the good Lord will sort this all out one way or another, although it will probably be in a way few of us will like.
