He is risen!

resurrection-2

John 20: 9-19

But Mary stayed outside the tomb weeping. And as she wept, she bent over into the tomb and saw two angels in white sitting there, one at the head and one at the feet where the body of Jesus had been. And they said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “They have taken my Lord, and I don’t know where they laid him.”When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus there, but did not know it was Jesus. Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you looking for?” She thought it was the gardener and said to him, “Sir, if you carried him away, tell me where you laid him, and I will take him.” Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to him in Hebrew, “Rabbouni,” which means Teacher. Jesus said to her, “Stop holding on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am going to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'” Mary of Magdala went and announced to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord,” and what he told her.

Some days I do not blog because my health does not allow … today I won’t be blogging because it is Easter. Today … don’t worry. Not you … or your mom. Happy Easter everyone. God Bless.

As I have grown older I have come realize that there may be something more to our existence then an accident.  The Big Bang, the formation of our sun, our planets, and life on earth.  More than Accident…a Recent Picture at http://www.space.com/scienceastronomy/090404-chan… has made me think that I am part of a much larger plan that I can not see.

I have been blessed in many ways, with new friends, life, and liberty.  I have experienced things now that I no longer take for granted.  I have found that I am a Teacher, Student, Listener, and when I stop to think about that, isnt that what Jesus and God really are?

Happy Easter to my Radiovice girls and fellows, and my God bless each and everone of us.

Jim, a BLESSED HAPPY EASTER to you and your dear ones. As a child growing up, Christmas was always my favorite holyday/holiday. Now, as I have entered into middle age, and as time is now passing much faster, Easter has become now my favorite holyday/holiday. Last night at my parish, St. Christopher's in East Hartford, 9 people became Catholic, including 5 young people last night. This included 5 baptisms of 1 adult and 4 of the 5 young people and 4 confirmations with all making their first communions. Today I sense the great peace I had with God, because the music director said she seen me sing a beautiful Easter song, "Hallelujah! Resurrection Morning!" singing and dancing with great joy. Now I know truly Jim the true meaning of the word "Alleluia", despite the stresses of living life, the JOY that RISEN LORD has truly brought  on this most special day. :)=^..^=

Jim and Friends in Viceland, Happy Easter to all! He's alive!

Fear not; I am the first and last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death  Rev 1:18
