Happy Veterans Day

Much thanks today go to so many veterans and their families for all the sacrifices they have made. My Dad (USN) of course and my stepdad (USMC), both now deceased, Mel and her husband John, both of whom have served in operation Iraqi Freedom (today is their anniversary) and all the folks in the 1109th AVCRAD, Capt Don Chiverton and Pooch and everyone in the 143 MP Co., and of course to all of the families  in particular my friends the DelGreco family and the Phillipon family who paid the ultimate sacrifice of their sons, Lcpl. Lawrence Philippon (1983 – 2005) and Sgt. Felix M. Del Greco, Jr. God Bless you all and thank you.

You're welcome. And I pass along my gratitude to all my comrades, some of whom never made it back home.

Only a socialist could turn a day of thanks and contemplation into a commercial for government bennies…
