Did he bow? Powerline has final word
OK, uncle. I will address the bow. Sort of. But why reinvent the wheel when John at Powerline says it all.
There you have it. Having issued a false explanation of Obama’s bow, the administration has Moved On.
Here’s the bow ….

No wonder tea parties are getting organized. People about both ANGRY and FEARFUL about PBO.
Wow- Gibbs IS the most brilliant press secretary EVER. You could hardly even tell he was wishing he pumped out port-a-lets for a living instead of explaining the man-child presidents actions.
he sure did! he did everything but makeout with his sandles and suck on his big toe.
It's so funny how now they are trying to cover for him..
Lie #1: he bent over because the king was short. Queen Elizabeth is much shorter and received a mere handshake.
Lie #2: he "leaned." Leaning is sideways.
Lie #3: he "stooped." Does that make us "stoopid?"
If they lie this much, it must be true. Now we need to figure out why the King of Saudi Arabia gets a bow, while the Queen of England is fobbed off with a handshake.
Is it ignorance? Is it ineptitude? Is there a good answer?
Why is it that so many people have to lie so many times for Obama?
Actually, it looked more like a curtsy!!! The knee definitely bent as well. Interestingly, bowing to a monarch, or anyone else, in Islam is not appropriate. It is considered to be glorifying a human, but is tolerated among foreigners. It was really another protocol faux pas:

If a tree falls in the forest…
If a president bows on national television…
It's on film – there's no denying it – lets call a bow a bow.
Yet Robert Gibbs wants to stand there and bold faced lie about it. Who does he think we will believe? Himself or our own lyin eyes? Obama says America is arrogant? I say his administration if bold faced arrogant! Every day Obama and his administration insult the American public. This is the most arrogant administration I have seen in my 50 years.
