Coakley invokes Ted Kennedy in loss

Hmmm. Invoking the memory of “Mr Healthcare”, Ted Kennedy, as your lock solid win win turns into a stunning loss, is puzzling. The best line in this video comes at the end. The dream lives. Just the opposite. She looks tired and still flailing.

Hear that humming sound?  That is Teddy spinning in his grave.

There is going to be a lot of very disappointed people at work tomorrow.  I really have to put on my poker face….

What I am hearing Dims rather is Teddy doing brake dancing in his grave now that "his seat" has gone back to the people of MA with the win of Scott Brown.

Democrats invested far too much caital in this healthcare bill especially in the name of Ted Kennedy. This bill was more the last will and testament of  Ted Kennedy than anything for the people by the people. Now that the people have taken  back Teddy's  seat in LOUD opposition to the healthcare bill, I  just don't see how the Democrats can go for broke pushing this bill any furthur……but then again we are dealing with Rahm Emmanual and Robert Gibbs….. .http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/2/2a/Rocky_and_Mugsy.jpg

The truth is simple.  Those who voted Party voted for Marsha.  Those who voted for the issues (health care as number one – with, I hope, Card Check and cap and trade right behind) voted for Brown.  This was an issues campaign.  No smearing of personalities – just a focused push to get the issues out there for the public to study and decide what to do.  Bet those who voted for Marsha (apologies to her but Kennedy's gaffe is just too delicious) watch main steam media news and think Olberman, Maddow and Matthews tell the "truth."  Bet those who went with Brown, watch Fox news and follow wonderful blogs such as this.  I did hear that Frank's district went for Brown.  Wonderful.  Let's hope that they keep their quest for knowledge going until he's voted out of office.  We need to get rid of DiLauro, Larson, since they owe their allegiance to the American Socialist party.  I am so sorry the link was removed giving all members of Congress who wore Socialist hats.  The need to go!!!
