Cavuto strikes back at Obama snub

Yesterday President Obama did interviews with CNBC and Bloomberg TV so he could push his financial regulation and health care packages but deftly avoided Fox News which bugged Neil Cavuto more than just a little.

    Off the top of my head, I can think of at least seven networks that are humping Obama's leg (politically speaking, of course). Fox News stands alone in being critical of "the one."

    Obama is a coward, plain and simple. Why do you think that Dodd won't come on Jim's show?

    I believe that either (or both) 1) Fox would not submit questions beforehand, or 2) Fox would not allow the use of teleprompters during his interview.

    As I have said previously, if the networks were as unbiased and objective as the liberals would have you believe, there would be no need for a Fox network. Similarly, if it had no audience in this country, it would not be as wildly popular as it is.

    Why should the president of the United States go on the Fox Nuts' Network. It's not as if it's a real news network. It's merely the propaganda arm of the neocons.

    There is a long history of responsible conservatism in this country, but the neocons have never been part of it. Look at what Barry Goldwater has said about them (and he was no liberal!) or Teddy Roosevelt's granddaughter (or is it great-granddaughter; I'm not sure) as well as many other true conservatives.

    Fox may speak to the uneducated, the illiterate, the uninformed, but they do not speak to people concerned with the future of this country.
