The Netherlands, a liberal-socialist’s paradise, seems to have at least partially woken from their stupor. Hat tip to Mark Hemingway at NRO.

The paper said: “The mistake we can never repeat is stifling criticism of cultures and religions for reasons of tolerance.””
They can talk the talk… but can they walk the walk? Only time will tell…

Well this a good start, that even the most liberal Dutch are waking up and are starting to smell the coffee when it comes to extreme liberal tolerence.
If nothing else, they've realized that tolerance has to run both was and simply appeasing the squeaky wheel just isn't going to work.
Like I said, time will tell.
A few more "youth" riots (read that: young Muslim thugs), and more of Europe might wake up to the threat from within.
The sad thing is that the liberals will make us reinvent the wheel instead of learning from Europe's mistakes.
