Flat >>>> Fair >>> Progressive. It is truly fair, not that unfair "fair" that politicians use for class warfare.
Notice that only the tax code exceeds the new health care insurance "reform" bill? Have no fear though. Give the so called reform bill as much time as the tax code has had to be manipulated by politicians, and it will surely surpass the tax code in size, complexity, and favoritism.
Since this takes power from the politicians, they will never let it happen.
