Andrew McCarthy – Obama’s massive fraud

From our friend Andrew C. McCarthy posting over at National Review Online.

“If you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan. Period.” How serious was this lie, repeated by Barack Obama with such beguiling regularity? Well, how would the Justice Department be dealing with it if it had been uttered by, say, the president of an insurance company rather than the president of the United States?

Fraud is a serious federal felony, usually punishable by up to 20 years’ imprisonment — with every repetition of a fraudulent communication chargeable as a separate crime. In computing sentences, federal sentencing guidelines factor in such considerations as the dollar value of the fraud, the number of victims, and the degree to which the offender’s treachery breaches any special fiduciary duties he owes. Cases of multi-million-dollar corporate frauds — to say nothing of multi-billion-dollar, Bernie Madoff–level scams that nevertheless pale beside Obamacare’s dimensions — often result in terms amounting to decades in the slammer.

He would just be pardoned by a befuddled President Biden anyway…

Right now, Biden is Barry’s insurance against getting impeached.
Does Obama deserve to be impeached? Absolutely! If the Republicans can capitalize in 2014 on the democrat’s disarray, then the magic 50 can be reached in the Senate.

The liberals packaged all of their liberal health care goals into bundles that the rest of us now have to buy to fund medical and dental for children under twelve, all of the feminists objectives, all of the LGB&T crowd wants and, provisions for all kinds of self abuse.
It’s like having to buy the cable bundle to get the three or four channels you really want!

They threw away all their creeping incrementalism for the big enchilada, a sweeping implementation of statist medicine (demonstrated to be a failure in the rest of the world) and are now realizing that people might notice when you yank the healthcare insurance they like for more expensive and less effective healthcare insurance.

If it weren’t so tragic and predictable, it would be funny.

You really don’t understand what is going on, do you?? You can’t keep what the aberrant law says does not meet the one size fits all “standard” if the original policy changes even by $5.? It is a complete fraud.? An ?bamafraud.? And he got caught.? Even the low information voters (well, most of them anyway) are catching on.
