Your Health Care Is In Their Hands

The President held his economic summit today … and at the wrap up meeting … health care and taxes dominated the conversation. For the most part it was a love fest and my instinct tells me it was more style than substance, and I still have no idea why it was called an economic summit. Make no mistake what this President wants … he will get.

I offer you some clips of that conference and why I can assure you this is something this administration is going to push fast on, business will support and it does not appear Republicans intend to push back on. I find it disturbing.

Do you ever get the feeling that life has become Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom, and Obama is playing Marlin Perkins, sitting comfortably in his office, describing us, playing Jim Fowler, in the field, attempting to castrate a very angry water buffalo with our bare hands?

(sorry if you aren't old enough to remember the original Wild Kingdom.  Google it!  ;-))

Where will all our Canadian friends go for their health care now?

Maybe Obama can get some help from Massachusetts and California on how to cut the cost of health care.   They have been real successful in bankrupting their states.   Who will the lawyers sue for denied procedures?  The government?  Better rethink this or the Dems will lose all those contributions from malpractice lawyers who will be out of business.

We had better make our appointments now for our 2010 physical, or if your planning to get sick better make that appointment now or you won't get in.

All kidding aside, this is a very serious issue and although there were a lot of people that were for this universal health but either they are socialists or they were blinded by the brainwashing propaganda. Either way they are not American patriots and if we want to keep our republic a free one with the ability to make our own choices and be responsible those choices, no bailouts, then we need to ban together as our forefathers did and support the values they fought for. Universal health care is not the answer, you know and I know it. Put this problem into the hands of independent experts with no stake in this and you will find the right capitalist answer.

Sadly, because of this effort to put into place "universal healthcare" good doctors are going to leave in droves.
