The man is accused of several things, he is most likely guilty. But as so many people have in the past he is presumed guilty by the media, this presumption of guilt is shameful. There is a possibility (though small) that he is not guilty and that he is being railroaded. Shep Smith is way out of line, he is clearly just being a ratings whore. This man deserves his day in court to determine once and for all his guilt and innocence. Shame on anyone that says different. Like I said he is most likely guilty but when I see the media behave this way I get really skeptical.
