Time Magazine strikes again … the decade from hell

Well … I Imagine that depends on your perspective. I will admit this country has faced some adversity during this past decade. But what about “Hope and Change”? Then again what about how this nation survived, persevered and then thrived after the recession of 2000 and thew attacks of 9-11? What about the way our troops responded with such strength and valor in defense of the Republic? What about the outpouring of compassion and not to mention dollars for the the victims of Katina? But then again … I tend to always view the decade as half full.

Here’s one for the folks at Time to think about. Merry Christmas Time.

Here’s the exit question. Do you agree with Time? Take the poll.

Maybe Time Magazine is referring to this pitiful Democrat controlled Congress led by that young president who doesn't have the qualifications to be a Wal Mart greeter.

I strongly disagree and think this claim shows how spoiled americans have become. The 2000-2009 tragedies are small compared to the sufferings of WW1, WW2 and Vietnam. However, we did fail to pay for the sruggles of this  decade and are carrying an extra 4 trillion dollars into the next one. I do fear that the mismanagement of this decade risks a  severe  collapse our lifestyle and liberty. The future will look back in contempt of this time. The rude policy decisions to sell out our domestic manufacturing base, import undocumented slave labor,  recklessly abandoning all discipline for government spending , waste, and bureocratic growth, and the waging of slow tedious politically correct wars. These decisions have paved a red brick road that continuing to follow  guarantees our children will be burned alive in a genuine living hell of poverty, disease, and despair.
