The good old lever-style voting machine

We never had this sort of trouble with these. Morrissey at Hot Air is following the crazy Coleman v. Franken Senate race that will go on for the next six years. Someone will certainly be “selected” instead of “elected.”

Ahh, the good old three-step Automatic Voting Machine.

Since when did it become so difficult to vote? I guess this is par for the course for most Americans. Maybe we can spend more tax money on educating the masses on how to vote. Wait; let’s just have the Government do it for us!

    I liked the "old" machines…

How can it be that we are eight years past the 2000 election debacle and still states have been unable to provide for the people a simple, easy and foolproof means of casting a ballot? How difficult can it be? And if it is that difficult, then fix it. This once-proud exemplar of a sacred franchise is turning into a worldwide joke.

Simply put, the better you foolproof something, the better grade of fool you catch.

You notice how Susy B. has to advertise the darn things every year? Like we have a choice?
