Not sure if this puts to rest the rumor the Dems want to kill the 401k (see C247′s and my post here) or are they just shelving it until inauguration day. You choose. Cavuto gets a denial from Congressman George Miller, one of the representatives supposedly considering the plan: no we are not killing the 401k.
Caution: We still have not hear from Congressman Jim McDermott.
