		<description>I want to see this white elephant (can I say that anymore?) reconciled with the equal protection clause clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, particularly with regard to the premise that congress can exempt itself from this garbage.
 
It seems to work for everyone else....</description>

		<description>Honestly... that&#039;s about the only part that I don&#039;t have any problem with. Now we just need to get them to have the states deal with everything else in the bill and we&#039;re golden.</description>

How about this, Harry: Senators and Congressmen &quot;should be encouraged&quot; to actually read the legislation they vote on, and &quot;should consider&quot; representing their constituents and not the DNC (or RNC for that matter).
