Hi guys. I love the comments. And I love the comment section. But I can’t allow comments to turn into posts, as if a blogger on the site. The comment section is not meant to be an alternative to blog posting. It is meant only to be a way to allow viewers an opportunity to comment on one of my or Steve’s posts.

So …please keep the comments to a reasonable length (which most of you have) … I don’t have the time nor the inclination to edit (which by the way even the esteemed NY Times does)  but I will start denying comments which run too long. No reader can be expected to dig through this and it makes it difficult to scroll through all of them. Nor do I think it’s fair to turn my blog into your blog. I work way too hard and spend too much time to keep it readable, accessible and available. My policy.

Sorry Jim . I will try and be more concise and less wordy. Again sorry about that.

Guilty as charged….will remember less is more.

Jim, at the start of your show, you said that Howard Dean and the dems accessed credit card info to target voters. Where did you get this? Can you post a link? My quick search didn't find any articles

  4. Dimsdale says:

Sorry, but when Jim is attacked like he was, it gets my hackles up (wherever those are).

If I could only reach through the screen…… ;-)

Just a followup alert on the plans to "Tear down the walls" of the 169 autonomous towns & cities in Connecticut. A "Joint Panel of Experts" will discuss the topic of Metro Governments to supplant town governments.Date:11/13/08 at Uni. Hartford. Call 860.241.3614 for details.
This plan will save the unions millions in negoitiating costs if they only have to deal with 6 or 7 Super Metro Governments. I do not know what will happen to the union staff member who will probably loose their jobs. Perhaps they will go into teaching or social services!
