Yup, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd. Speaker Pelosi says bankruptcy is not an option. I am still not so sure. But The Democrats seemed to be almost pleading with the Big 3 to give them a reason to give them some money. The Big 3 really screwed this up. The Democrats wanted to give them cash but the arrogance of those CEOs was just too much to bear. So now it looks like GM, Ford, and Chrysler can have the cash if they come back with a business plan and look who will determine if its sound financially. I swear you cannot make this crap up.
Keep fighting. No tax dollars unless management goes … and the unions agree to redo those legacy contracts. Oh, in light of who will be in charge … I offer this blast from the past.
