I am not sure there is any other way to look at this. Powerline has been leading the way along with others,including Steve at Conservative 247, exposing the Obama camps continued failure to secure credit card donations on their web site. In short one can make credit card donations to Obama without having to submit a matching, verifiable, real name and address. Testing at both the Hillary Clinton and McCain sites have shown those safeguards are in place. What this means is that donors to Obama can easily break the contribution limit of $2300 and no one will ever know.

Lemme guess: they will claim it was an "oversight," a la Mike Dukakis when he "forgot" to apply for federal matching funds for the Boston Harbor cleanup (forcing the adjacent communities to foot the entire bill).
They will pretend to be sorry and pay a small fine.
