That being said, we need to get back to strict interpretations of the Constitution, versus this feelgood interpretation and assignment of being a "right" to things never mentioned in the Constitution. Cell phone ownership as a <strong>right</strong>?  That must be somewhere in that ever expanding 14th Amendment.  Although I "aced" Con Law in law school, I must have been asleep when that part was taught!   There are so many things to comment about here, but, I’ll just deal with the “legal” stuff.  Ignoring “Constitutionally mandated” duties has become so engrained in this administration that, in their mind, it means ”Constitutionally ignored”, and, thus is perfectly legal.
