Bush was a piker compared to Obama, and Obama has only been in office for just shy of 3 months! The recently revealed DHS document on "rightwing extremism," is a perfect example. Was there any such document produced by the Bush administration generally targeting leftwing extremism, which invariably results in much deliberate property damage? How about nationalizing industries, and putting oneself in charge of same?

That being said, we need to get back to strict interpretations of the Constitution, versus this feelgood interpretation and assignment of being a "right" to things never mentioned in the Constitution.

There are so many things to comment about here, but, I'll just deal with the "legal" stuff. Ignoring "Constitutionally mandated" duties has become so engrained in this administration that, in their mind, it means "Constitutionally ignored", and, thus is perfectly legal.
Cell phone ownership as a right? That must be somewhere in that ever expanding 14th Amendment. Although I "aced" Con Law in law school, I must have been asleep when that part was taught!

I think the most logical solution is to stage a mock revolution and throw some tea around.

I'm sure you don't think President Bush was a case of tyranny, and there are those who think that Obama isn't tyranny. But maybe now you'll understand why some thought it was appropriate to use the word to describe their anger, as misdirected as it might have been.

If the F22 was the only piece of spending that we have to defend our country, then the title of this post is accurate. But, because it most obviously isn't, then Obama isn't ignoring any mandate, and you're just having some fun trying to rile everyone up.
