NFL refuses Daniel Defense ad – Noir points out the hypocrisy

There are plenty of ads the NFL and broadcasters have deemed to be unworthy of Super Bowl time, and this year we have one from Daniel Defense, a company you’ve probably never heard of. They make really good components for carbines and modern sport rifles, you know, the evil black ones.

Now the NFL and broadcasters will say they don’t want to “politicize” the game, but that’s a complete lie since they do it all the time, as Colion Noir points out.

Well, that cinches it! Once again I will not watch the Stupor Bowl, again, next year, in 2014. I’m not a tin-hat guy, but the power outage during the 2013 game was more than suspicious. It was all the more tedious having to listen to all of those commercials and commentators drone on about . . .
Now, they are rejecting an ad from a firearms manufacturer, Daniel Defense, simply because it has a company logo which resembles a certain rifle? Hey, that is their right as a private business, but don’t cite the NFL advertising rules. Those same rules also prohibit “alcohol . . . nude or semi-nude performers . . . objectionable materials or subject matter,” yada, yada, yada. If that is so, why have they promoted advertising over the years for beer, violent movies and paraded performers who are definitely doing “objectionable” things?
The political main course of the liberal left:
    hypocrisy!
Thanks for nailing it, Steve. The left really must hate Colin Noir. He’s black, articulate and against them. Also, Malkin has a really good commentary and it’s wryly funny, too.
