And they (intellectually elite, secular media of all political persuasions) REALLY, REALY don't like her because she openly espoused basic, Christian beliefs. That's an anathema to those who are too "sophisticated" for an openly committed, woman (or person) of faith.

I love this Newsweek picture of Sarah Palin. There is something about Sarah Palen, her life, and her beauty that harkens back to the good old America. There was a time when American values were wrapped up in artistic allegorical images of a woman dressing in flag colored togas, posed with eagles, clipper ships and cannons.
