Not surprised.
My Granddaughter’s boyfriend just finished training there. Lots of guys got ill eating food in December.
Army chow is lousy, but so many getting ill in December? It’s contamination, flu or they DID put something in the food. Nothing fatal but they could have tested to see how many could effect prior to poisoning. Security’s non-existent at Jackson. No ID checks on carloads of people! I could get on-base and poison everyone easily.

As a fellow prior service member said after the shootings ” The Army has to fix this problem.” The military cannot be PC. They have to be discriminatory. Lives depend on it. PC wise, those who don”t meet the requirements can support the effort from a civilian position. We sometimes have to shelve personal goals / feelings for the common good. We must indeed think critically, being careful what we ask for. Else, what is the point.

Not surprised how small the news reporting was on this, when more attention was given to that pilot who killed himself by flying his airplane into a building. Strange indeed.

There could be no connection between their suspected actions and the teachings of Islam to kill infidels. I suppose it would be politically incorrect to point out that the suspects are Muslim. Never mind, diversity in our military is a paramount goal.
