In The Tank Part 2

Given the examples of biased media coverage, from CNN’s sandbagging to NBC’s ignoring the whole Biden gaffe to Chris Matthews openly campaigning for Obama … I just want to bring to your attention. (Update: It’s a better link now) Is anyone really surprised?

John McCain received nearly twice as much negative press coverage as did Barack Obama. According to the report, 57% of the stories about John McCain during the period between September 8 and October 16 were “clearly negative in tone,” compared to 29% for Obama. Conversely, stories that were “clearly positive in tone” favored Obama over McCain by a factor of more than two to one, 36% for Obama to just 14% for McCain.

One Response to "In The Tank Part 2"

  1. Dimsdale says:

The Early Show actually covered the Biden gaffe du jour, although Harry Smith let Obama tip toe around it.

The best line this morning: in response to a question about winning states like Virginia, Obama says "I have a better ground organization."

And I am screaming "ACORN! ACORN!! Bring up ACORN, Harry, you in-the-tank weasel!!"
