Hmmmmm

Obama to nominate Hillary as Secretary of State Monday despite Constitutional prohibition. Well it has been done before ,,, but that was Nixon, Carter and Clinton. Still …

No Senator or Representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office under the authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time: and no person holding any office under the United States, shall be a member of either House during his continuance in office.”

Says Dan Spencer at Red States: “It is sad to see President-elect Obama, a former lecturer on Constitutional Law, show such a lack of respect for the Constitution.”

Hey we haven’t even gotten to what he thinks of the 2nd amendment yet.

I'll bet the New York Times and the Hartford Courant will be all over this. After all didn't they and the left attack Mr. Bush's violation of the constitution via the Patriot Act while striving for national security?

And the public? Whatever the messiah utters shall be just, wonderful, and good. Shall we not have bread and circus?

  2. Erik says:

Yeah he is disrespecting the constitution almost as much as Bush did and he's not even in office yet.
