Hacking Sarah Palin’s personal e-mail accounts newsworthy? Updated

You’ve got to be kidding me. Isn’t this a federal crime? I assume that since Gawker was not the group that hacked in, they feel it’s perfectly fine to post screen shots, photos and the list of people in Palin’s personal address book.

Update: Malkin reports that the proxy service – that the hackers used to hide their identity – will cooperate. Told ya – the FBI and Secret Service are on the case now. Pushing this to the top of the home page since it’s my number one post of all time for some reason (thanks Michelle).

Update 2: Like I said yesterday, this would not stand. I guess you fools who use proxy services to protect your identity need to rethink your approach.

Gawker calls this an exclusive – maybe because it’s their operatives that hacked into the account – illegally – and posted private information?

I normally don’t post about this crap, but this is way beyond going over the edge. Of course, leftist wackos are attempting to cover their ass by suggesting that the e-mail account was deleted to cover some sort of conspiracy.

Well I’m suggesting that since Gawker is calling this an exclusive, it’s logical to assume that they had something to do with the federal crime that was committed.

Go directly to jail.

Here are the screenshots of the emails saved before the account went dark, along with the contact list. It’s newsworthy and we will not be taking it down!

Gawker thinks this is newsworthy and won’t be taking it down? Maybe not, but don’t be surprised if a federal agency comes a knocking on the door. When that happens, they will claim that Bush is using the Department of Justice to attack their freedom of speech.

LGF is on it and Malkin is pretty mad too.

It does not seem right.  And the people that did it will most likely release all the emails.   I think Palin has serious ethical issues (racism…) , but this is not right.  It already looks like like she  may have violated the law.

@ john: Racist? Let's see, the Alaska Independence Party thing was proven a lie. The "waitress" that supposedly heard Palin describe Obama as Sambo and Hillary as a bitch was proved to be a made-up story too.

I'm sick of conservatives being called racists bigots.

Violated the law? Are you talking about Alaska's Troopergate crap? There is a reason why the MSM is not digging there – it's another lie. The guy deserved to be fired for insubordination and served at the pleasure of the governor.

Thanks for posting your comments – you're welcome to explain them.

Sarah, I tried to post on some of these other websites that posted your private info to say that i hope you can prosecute fully and hold those who did this accountable to the law! I have a feeling that certain words are flagged for deletion, but we are praying for you and wish you our best!

Sarah, we are all praying for you and hope these slimes can and will be fully prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! This is not funny and just goes to show how far those liberals will go! I saw several posts on Anonymous that said and I quote "Welcome to Obama's army"! Obama's army? We better spread the word because it was Obama's group Public Allies that claimed it would be as strong as the military!

So now we know what those "armies" of Obama's are and what functions wuill be expected of and from them!

It would look like S.2433, the global poverty tax initiative, which has a proposal for removing the rights of gun owners! Wake Up America! Free Speech will come to an end if this man get's elected. He already tried to silence WGN in Chicago from having Stanley Kurtz and David Freddosso on the air! Barack Obama had the time and phone number of the talk show sent to supporters telling them to call in and try to shut the host up and get him kicked off of the air!

Wait until you read about how Obama really feels about your first amedment rights!

Isn't it absolutely amazing that the left stream media and its DNC/Obama cronies are forever talking about the "Right Wing Smear Machine." Yet, the vast majority of slime and smear comes from Obama supporters. Not only is it on an unprecedented scale, it has sunk to the levels of whale excrement.

I once wrote that it was a question of character when one investigates Obama.  It is about the nature of his familial connections, friends, associates, mentors, and community service.  Each of these aspects raises great question about his ability to govern without talking about his executive experience levels.  This is not smearing, but the left calls it smears.  Relating facts and drawing conclusions and questioning his character is exactly the bar one must measure when choosing the next president.

By association, those who gravitate to Obama are another indicater of his character.  Obama has appealed to the lowest common denominator in this campaign from the left.  Is this not true?  When your most ardent supporters will do or say anything to bring down their enemies? Yet, what does Obama do, look the other way after giving lip service about the smears?

I fear for this nation, western civilisation, and the future my kids will have to endure if these low lifes are not prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Sarah, keep a stiff upper lip and weather the storm.  We need you!
