Good news unemployed workers … unemployment checks are as good as a job

This is really too much. From the woman who wants us to pass bills so we can find out what’s in them, and tells us all to quit our jobs and become violinists, comes unemployment checks are the fastest way to create jobs. Eeeeesh! Not to mention they are easiest way to lull a restless population to sleep. But as Nancy says, in time we will come to appreciate it all.

You've just started working for the government a bit earlier than the rest of us!

You know there is something wrong with our system when someone as corrupt and inept as this woman is guaranteed a virtually perpetual position in the Congresss, and that something is wrong with Democrats when they want her as their leader.

The money is spent quickly because it is needed for little things like, oh, food? rent? electricity?  I'm pretty sure that anyone would rather have a private sector job with security (and things like insurance benefits although we can probably kiss those goodbye in the very near future) and the ability to contribute to a 401K and actually save for the future…there is no saving with unemployment.  I do not understand Pelosi's reasoning that collecting & spending your unemployment check on NEEDS creates jobs…If that were the case, wouldn't the unemployment numbers be a wee bit lower than they are?  As usual, she's blowing smoke up our you-know-whats.

And Jim, while the posts are enjoyable and full of interesting data, aren't you supposed to be VACATIONING?  LOL

What was she smoking? She make no sense at all. My goodness.

It is slow botulinum toxin poisoning from all the Botox injections.  But I am not implying that she isn't on drugs too!

First, the Botox is not working!

Second we finally has have discovered the basis of Barrack Hussein Obama's stimulus plan; "unemployment checks are as good as a job" WOW look how many jobs they've created!

She must be drinking the same Kool-Aid that Ethridge was drinking before he cuffed the young interviewer.

Drinking or spending, these fools just binge, binge binge.

They are not even close to admiting that they have a problem.

I pray for the day that someone down there at least says – "What do you mean we are overdrawn?!? – I still have checks !!!"
