John McCain:”Generational Theft”

John McCain on with Bob Schieffer this morning on Face The Nation. The question Uncle Bob put to McCain was the standard … “why won’t you support the stimulus? Isn’t even a bad bill better than nothing”. McCain’s response … are you nuts … this is a trillion dollars … or at least that’s what he wanted to say. What he said was just as good.

    I spoke with John Larson just after TARP was passed. He said that he had to do something, even if it was wrong.   Isn’t that nice? He said it again on tape after that, so I hope I can get my hands on the video of last Thursday’s forum.

    You know, these crummy Dems are effectively slathering lard all over my baby girl, and telling her that she will have to pay to have it removed.

    I shudder to think of the pricetag to pay for this boondoggle.  We might as well just sell the country to China or the Arabs.
