Did someone say “transparency?”

In the words of Inigo Montoya, “You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means…”  From Fox News:

Cameras have been banned from Vice President Biden’s address to AFL-CIO leaders in Miami Thursday.

The vice president’s office said Thursday it is honoring the wishes of the union to have press cameras barred.

Now, admittedly, the AFL-CIO is taking the hit, saying it is their policy and that Joe asked for cameras and reporters.  But I gotta ask, even ignoring that whole “bankers is Vegas = bad, Union bosses in Miami = good” hypocrisy — if Joe can’t convince friendly groups to compromise with him, how is there going to be any progress on “bi-partisanship?”  Or is that another word that doesn’t mean what I think it does?

Could it be that someone in the Obambi administration recognizes what a gaffe machine Biden is?
