Dan Mitchell sends warning to GOP – Cut spending or get run out of town

This is very Dan Mitchell and very CATO but still a good reminder to all.

Cavuto is making the case that most people want to cut spending just not their stuff, using a Pizza as an example. Mitchell agrees but points out thee are plenty of places to cut and reform without hurting people’s expectations of “entitlements”. Still he issues a stern warning to the GOP. Patriotism!

Here’s a link to the Boehner story. Change.

To be fair, Boehner also said that he wanted to repeal ObamaCare, so it would be unfair to claim that the interview was all Bush-style, big-government conservatism. But it is not a positive sign that Boehner is talking about more spending before he’s even had a chance to pick out the drapes for his new office.

Mr. Mitchell has spoken more truth in 1 minute than Congress has in 50 years.

Mr. Boehner lost his credibility when he failed to persue repealing Obamacare immediately AND having it sent to the Supreme Court on grounds of unconsitutionality.

The elected officials are at risk of being THROWN out well before the next election if this BS continues.  We saw how much MORE damage was done between 2008 and 2010.
