Congressman Phil Hare: I don’t care about the Constitution

Why should we be surprised? Didn’t the Democrats already tell us that they pass the bills and then let the Supreme Court sort it all out? And I am sure they told us they make up the rules anyway.

From Adam Sharp via Gateway Pundit, this one at first made me laugh, then I started to cry. And make sure you go to Gateway, he is a funny guy. Adam tries to get an answer to the question, “Where in the constitution does it say you have to buy health insurance?” Hare’s answer (and yes there is an answer) speaks volumes about way too many representatives in Congress today and why we need to throw any person with a (D) after their name, out.

I feel for the child who is ill too, and I would imagine that there might possibly be a state program or local program already in place that might help him (SCHIP?). And if not, a hospital or Doctor who would be willing to treat him.

But two questions to ponder here:

  • Would he be covered under Obamacare anyway? We’ve already discovered that children with pre-existing conditions have fallen through the cracks.
  • Isn’t there a way to treat this child without tossing the Constitution in the trash?

Our nation is truly in danger when the constitution is treated with such disdain.

If he managed to find the time to read the bill 3 times, maybe he should have read the bill only 2 times and the constitution once instead!

Who needs the U.S. Constitution?  Who cares about it?  Everyone on this site sure as heck does!  Without it, we are nothing but sheep being led to slaughter by this administration.  This guy couldn't answer any of the questions because 1) he lied about reading the bill 3x and 2) he's just got his talking points and distracts (very poorly) from the questions put forth to him.

Just found out at CVS today that my Rx coverage has changed from copay to percentage.  Did I hear anything about this change?  No, I did not.  I am quite certain that insurance companies and Rx plans are going to begin to rape us at the register in order to make as much money as quickly as possible before this debacle of a plan goes thru completely in 2014.

For the record, I HAD great insurance before this all hit the fan.  Now my benefits have been reduced while premiums and my out-of-pocket expenses have gone up.  Does Obama and his administration care about people who already have insurance and the quality of our care?  Or do they care just about the 30 million who don't have coverage?  And whose number is that, anyway?

In the end, I refused to pay $78 for the prescription.  If my ulcer gets worse, I guess I'll just blame Obama.

Sounds like Sharia law has come to the USA…You like that "this ain't america no mo "  ? I just found this you tube of the 2009 Dearborn MI Arab festival . At the 6:00 mark a woman says "this is America" and the muslim security guard says " I don't care"….then again at 7:50 mark  "this is america" muslim shouts " No Way " …then a baby starts to cry.

Especially interesting is that youtube won't allows comments to it. I've never seen a video on youtube that you can rate/comment on before. (Then again, I don't watch youtube that much.)

He read the bill THREE times, yet he clearly didn't know what was in it.  I seriously doubt this "representative" could make it through a comic book once, much less 2700 pages of legalese.

    He bluffed, he lost.

He probably didn't read the bill start to finish. He probably read the bill while in committee and thus had plenty of time to read it. People make it seem like these guys are just showing up and voting. Which I am sure happens, but not the way you guys make it seem.
