Compare and contrast – McCain and Obama on The View

As Jim Vicevich mentions, The View isn’t really considered a news program, but if you’re wondering who most of the “cast” will be voting for, you need not go further than these video clips.

Jim’s been getting a bunch of video put together and I know it’s not easy to cut it up and prepare. Check it out. The second clip asks the question – why would McCain go on this show? Maybe just to let the talent look like fools?

Sometimes I really wonder why Elisabeth Hasselbeck came back to the show.

Disclosure – I do not and have never watched The View. Personally I think it’s a waste of bandwidth, but to each his own. I’m sure Bill Clinton will be treated all lovey-dovey during his visit on Monday.

Crapola.

I’ll add another video from the same interview. McCain absolutely NAILED the answer on Roe versus Wade. The answer was perfect, since abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution or any of the Amendments, the responsibility for this issue lies with the states – and the people.

Goldberg asked if she had to be worried about becoming a slave again. What an idiot. Hey Whoopi, the Constitution includes Amendment 13. I think a strict constitutional scholar on the bench could understand the following.

  1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
  2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

If that was me I would look her straight in the eye and tell her Woopie, that is by far the stupidest question anybody has ever asked me during my campaign, and I have been asked really stupid questions.

Whoopie is only claim to fame is that she is somewhat more tolerable than Rosie.  That was one of the stupidest, most ignorant and nonsensical questions that anyone over the age of five could have asked.   She clearly thinks (if that term can be applied here) that the Constitution is a guideline rather than the Supreme Law of the land.

I would have told her that there is no more chance of her becoming a slave again than there is of the right to own firearms being overturned.   Let her stew in that one.

I really think that she is just on that show out of pity (because she is not, and never has been funny or entertaining) and the liberal buddy system.

What ever happened to her eyebrows anyway?

In response to Whoopi asking if she would be a slave again, my answer is AGAIN, were you ever a slave.  This is why racisim will NEVER go away.  I can’t stand her.  Not only is she not talented, she’s stupid.

Really ironic, Whoopi–Obama’s advocacy of dependence upon the government is the worst slavery.
